In consideration for all our clients, we do ask clients to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you are running late, please phone ahead and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please understand we allocate a specific amount of time for each treatment. If you are late, your appointment may have to be shortened or cancelled so the next client’s treatment is not affected. You will be charged for the time and treatment you reserved when booking your appointment. 

A patch test is required for all first-time clients for all Waxing, Tinting, Korean Lash Lift, and all Brow Code Treatments. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to carry out your treatment if no test patch has been received prior to any of the above treatments, please contact the salon directly on 0429666890 to arrange a patch test.  

For health & safety reasons we cannot have children on the premises, please arrive to your appointment on your own. 

Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may require some adjusting, should you have a medical condition or ailment. Please inform us at time of booking if any of the following contra-indications apply:

A booking deposit is required over the phone or online for all appointments.

48 hours’ notice of cancellation is required. 

If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to booking, please be advised that your deposit paid will be retained. Any cancellations made under 24hour notice will result in a 100% charge.

No show appointments will be charged in full – this includes treatments booked from courses; you will forfeit one of your treatments already paid for in a course if you do not cancel in advance or fail to show up for your appointment.

If we are unable to accommodate your appointment, we will place you on our priority waiting list and contact you if your requested treatment time becomes available
